Hurricane Relief

The 2017 hurricane season has been extremely active in the Caribbean.  Our home of St. Croix was unfortunately hit by Hurricane Maria as a category five storm the night of Tuesday, September 19. This hangar at Henry E. Rohlsen Airport will serve as the new headquarters of Bohlke International Airways. We look forward to having our main office nearer to our 145 repair station, Tradewinds Flight Center, which went unscathed by Hurricane Maria.

Despite damages caused by the storm, we reopened immediately afterward to provide FBO services to military and other relief aircraft. Our 1M gallon aviation fuel supply on-island was not compromised, nor was our back-up supply in Puerto Rico. All 8 of our fuel trucks weathered the hurricanes without issue and the tower at TISX did not sustain exterior damage.

For charter requests, please contact Charter Coordinator, Alfredo Chapellin (Alfredo@Bohlke.com / 340.514.5505).

Please submit arrival information to FBO Operations Manager, Brandon Coleman (Brandon@Bohlke.com / 954.253.8996) with copy to our customer service representatives (CSR@Bohlke.com / 340.778.9177).  Please have patience with on-island contacts, as we await the restoration of electricity and phone service.
