Betsaida Santos-Torres, Customer Service Supervisor at Bohlke International Aviation, is recognized for going “Above & Beyond” in the field of customer service by Aviation International News (AIN). This recognition is a result of the annual AIN FBO Survey which calls on pilots worldwide to rate fixed-base operators (FBOs) they have been to in the past year.

AIN Above & Beyond FBO Survey Results:

Santos-Torres celebrates her 10th year working at Bohlke in July. Her responsibilities include managing a team of customer service representatives, working closely with airport staff to ensure safe and secure operations, and ensuring that all flight crews and passengers are treated courteously and efficiently. She was also recognized in 2020 with the National Air Transportation Association Customer Service Representative Award.

The AIN FBO Survey allows respondents to rate a list of 4,500 FBOs worldwide. Santos-Torres is among just 62 customer service representatives recognized for going “Above & Beyond” in their role.
